How Fitness Models Eat

When I’m not working out, I’m usually training, trying to reach a certain body
frame, or just generally trying my hardest to stay healthy. But what kinds of
fitness do I do? How do I stay fit? I’m a personal trainer and fitness instructor, so
of course, I have a ton of personal fitness training going on. But even though I
have a busy schedule, I still make time for a few fitness rituals. Read on to learn
more about me, and what fitness means to me.
What fitness means to me

First things first, let’s get something out of the way. For the vast majority of
people, fitness means doing or watching exercise. But fitness is much more than
just that. Fitness is something that runs deeper than that, and it means a lot more
than just working out. It means something different to everyone, and it’s
something you have to think about when deciding what to do in your spare time.

The importance of working out

Working out is probably the single most important thing you can do for your
health and well-being. It’s the first thing that comes to mind when people ask me
what fitness means to me. Working out is a process of conscious, deliberate
movements that improve many areas of your life. It can help with anxiety and
stress, increase your metabolism, and even help regulate your emotions.
That’s not to say that just working out is good for you — absolutely not! Working
out is great, but fitness is about more than just working out. It’s about having a
plan, staying committed to it, and making time for it.

My journey from couch to Trainer

When I was in high school, I was involved in a triathlon. During the race, I hiked
up a mountain and did a head-down descent into town, finishing in a pool of my

blood. It was one of the most physically and mentally exhausting things I’ve ever
done, but it was also one of the most rewarding.
After that race, I knew that I wanted to be a part of the running community. I
joined a club in college, and for the next decade, I committed almost all of my
time to run. After getting married, I started to feel a little stuck; I was active and
healthy, but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted.
That’s when I started to focus more on the fitness side of things. I started running
six days a week, trying to add more than just a few minutes of activity into my
day. And while I was happy to see the benefits of the activity, I was even happier
to see the change in my body.

My Favorite Fitness Routine

Now that we’ve gotten our fitness out of the way, let’s talk about my favorite
routine. This is the routine that I always look forward to, and it’s what gets me in
the best shape of my life. It’s not a very scientific study, but here’s what I do.
First, I do a warm-up consisting of light cardio for about 30 minutes. For extra
benefit, I do stretching exercises as well.
I do an intense workout for about 90 minutes. For maximum benefit, I do more
advanced exercises such as strength training and bodyweight workouts.
After the intense workout, I cool down for about 30 minutes, and then I nap for
about an hour.

My Favorite Exercise

I’m not the only one who has this idea, so I’ve compiled a list of my favorite
workouts based on what other people have said.
10-Person Sit-Up: This is one of my all-time favorites, and it’s what this routine is
all about. This is a sure-fire way to get yourself in great shape, and you can try it
at home. Get a 10-person sit-up ball, and sit in a comfortable chair with everyone
else. Once you’ve established a routine, you can do this throughout the week.

Barre Fusion: This is a hybrid of several movements: barre, step, bodyweight,
and more. It’s a fun and intense way to work out, and it’s great for improving
posture, core strength, and balance.
Bicycle Pushing: This is a fun way to get moving, and it’s also one of the best
ways to strengthen your core. It’s simple enough that you can do it whenever you
have a spare minute, and it’s intense enough that you won’t be able to sit down
for a while.
Rope Climbing: This is another physically challenging movement that you can do
anytime you have a few minutes to kill. It’s also a great way to work on balance,
core strength, and the coordination necessary to climb a rope.

My Other Fitness Routine

Beyond my workout routine, I also try to do some stretching and moving
throughout the day. This helps me stay balanced, and it gives my body a chance
to unwind after a long day.
Skipping: This is one of my favorite ways to get moving. It’s a great stress
reliever, and it helps you burn calories and improve your flexibility.
Rowing: This exercise can be done in a boat, house, or on the ground. It’s a
great full-body workout, and it’s also a good way to keep your heart rate up.
Swimming: This is another aerobic workout, and it’s also great for improving your
cardiovascular system.
Bicycling: This requires good balance, so it’s a great way to work on your agility
while getting some exercise.
