Fitness has been a huge part of my life ever since I can remember. My parents
have always been supportive of my passion for working out and teaching others
about healthy living. It was only after I turned 30 that I realized how little I knew
about how my fitness habits were impacting my life.
So, like many before me, I’ve been searching for the answers to questions like
these: What does fitness mean to me? Why do I do what I do? What will I do
when I get to the other side?
I’ve been there, done that, and this is my story.
How Fitness is Meant to be

Like most people, you’ve always had a passion for fitness. However, once you’ve
been practicing it for a while, it can become a profession.
Fitness can be a way of living, a career, or a lifestyle. As with any profession,

The first thing that comes to mind when you think about fitness is probably

Athleticism is an important part of who you are, and healthy and fun exercise is
something that you can do for years and years without getting bored with it.
It also helps that you can do it virtually, on the move, and with friends.

There are tons of ways to incorporate fitness into your daily life. You can choose
